Polly was not treated well earlier in her life, however she is doing great now. She loves to be loved but very timid. She would do great in a home that would respect her space. She is small in size....17lbs. She loves to frolic in the backyard and lay in the sun. Shes currently going through leash training but would be best in a home with access to yard .
I was scheduled to be euthanized, but San Antonio Pets Alive! saved me and now they are helping me find the forever, loving home that I have never known.
I am currently located at San Antonio Pets Alive!, and I am in a foster home. By adopting me, you not only give me a new leash on life; you also save the life of the additional dog who can be rescued from euthanasia and placed in foster care.
If you are interested adopting, please email email@example.com with Pet name and ID#. Please allow us up to 24 hours to respond as all fosters work with us on a volunteer basis.

Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply.
