Beverly's Story...
Beverly is a big dog with an even bigger heart. At 8 years old, this Hound/Retriever mix is one of our most eligible seniors. She's a sweetheart in waiting! She's wonderful with adults and children, but she can be a little picky with other dogs and cats. Because of this, a dog intro would be required for any dogs already waiting at home. Beverly loves affection, treats, and walks. She can pull slightly on her leash, but she is very manageable. Beverly knows the "sit" command, and will gladly show you for a treat or two! Beverly has a guardian angel, which means her adoption fee has already been paid for. Drop by the San Antonio Humane Society and pay her a visit soon!
