If you would like to take me home please complete a Pet Adoption Application
My name is Donte. I arrived at Camp Papillon Animal Shelter as a stray. I am a young, male brown and white American Bully. I have a huge heart and a big mush. I like to get my hips, belly, and chest rubbed. I enjoy playing with toys, fetch, going for hikes and long walks, running in the yard, and jumping in the stream for a quick swim. I excel when I have proper exercise and I settle down nicely afterwards. I am very strong, some even say I am a powerhouse so a proper handler with knowledge of my breed is preferred and even though I love all children I would do best in a home with older considerate children. A fenced in yard is preferred and/or an active family. I love playing with other dogs but introductions with other dogs needs to be slow. Sometimes I get so excited I can be a bit too intense with introductions if they are quick. Lol. If I am blessed with a fur sibling Meet and Greets prior to the adoption would be required.
