Angelique's Story...
Angelique is a very sweet girl. The first person from our group who met her said she was like a little angel, and that's how she got her lovely name! When Angelique first met her foster mom, she was very scared, and wasn't sure what was happening to her. But when she met her GSD foster brother and sister, she immediately became more comfortable, and was soon completely at ease in her new foster home. Angelique is house broken and crate trained. She rides well in the car, and walks well on a leash. Angelique just loves other large dogs, and would be happiest as part of a pack. She is a happy, affectionate young girl who just loves to cuddle! Angelique is a very loving girl who perfectly fits her name. Come and meet sweet Angelique and find out why we think she is such a little angel!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Angelique, a Houston German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Houston, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
