Here's what the humans have to say about me:
**Belvie is currently being fostered in HOUSTON. She is available for out-of-state adoption as well to the perfect family. Her adoption fee is $500, which covers her flight to her new family, a travel kennel, and she is vetted.**
Belvie was found living on the street and being taken care of by some nice homeless men. They were doing the best they could for her; however, she was full of worms and underweight - the street is no place for a puppy! She was picked up at a Burlington Coat Factory and brought into her foster home. She was very mellow, calm, and extra sweet - as they all usually are upon being brought in from the street!
We believe Belvie is a Labrador Retriever / American Staffordshire Terrier Mix. Her approximate date of birth is April 27, 2016. As of August 15th she was 11.2 pounds.
Belvie has stayed pretty mellow and has the puppy face mastered! She loves to play but is more cautious and calm than her foster puppy friends. She is happy to be carried and snuggled and is genuinely a sweet natured puppy. Belvie is working hard on potty training and has almost mastered this skill. She is learning to go to the door and wait to be let out! She is quiet in her kennel and has only had a few accidents during the day. Belvie prefers to lie in the grass and relax. She does chase her tiny puppy friend sometimes…but he is MUCH faster and far more coordinated! Belvie loves to be loved on! She was uncomfortable at first when we would carry her around, however, now she enjoys the extra attention!! She loves belly rubs as well.
**Belvie is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and doing very well in her foster home. She is ready to find her family to complete her transformation. If our sweet girl sounds like a perfect match for your family, please email us at pawhuggers@gmail.com for more information. Her adoption fee is $500 to help cover the cost of her airline flight and her travel crate.
