Barney's Story...
Wow... this is Barney, who may be a direct descendant of Clifford the Big Red Dog!
This guy is just an amazingly happy puppy! He catches everyone's eye due to his size. He is approximately three months old and has a lot of growing to do. So if you are interested in Barney you must be interested in BIG. Barney and his sister were both discarded alongside a huge pile of furniture their owners left behind when they moved. We are glad We are able to give him and his sister a second chance because they deserve it. Barney will definitely need puppy obedience class due to his size. Everything for Barney will be extra large including the love in your heart. Barney will be neutered, microchipped and current on puppy shots upon adoption. His adoption fee is $250. For more information on Barney or any other Halt dog please email haltrescue@ gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Barney, a Bakersfield Mastiff/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Mastiff/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Bakersfield, or seeking a Mastiff/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Bakersfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bakersfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bakersfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Mastiff/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Mastiff/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bakersfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
