Macie's Story...
Hi there! I'm Macie and I'm a Biewer Yorkie (so that means I'm German). I am looking for a forever home because my Momma had cancer and needed to go into an assisted living facility. They told me I couldn't go with her which made us both very sad. I found a really nice lady to take care of me while I look for my new family though. I just turned 7 years old and I weigh about 12lbs. I just had my teeth done and lost a few, but my mouth feels so much better and I am told my breath is better too ;) I am a snuggler and LOVE attention. I am spayed, up to date with all of my vaccines and I have a micro chip. I am also current on my heart worm and flea preventive. My adoption donation is $350.00. I come with a free vet visit and 30 days of pet insurance. I also come with an adoption kit from Petsmart that includes a free bag of food, and coupons for supplies. Please e-mail petadopt@hotmail.com if you are interested in adopting me. Thank you :)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Macie, a Palm Harbor Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Palm Harbor, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Palm Harbor.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Palm Harbor already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Palm Harbor breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Palm Harbor paves the way for another one to be saved.
