Frankie-Adopted!'s Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Frankie-Adopted!'s Story...
Frankie is an adorable, well-behaved sweetheart , and is neutered and housebroken. Frankie is blind in one eye and has some missing teeth, has asymmetry to his face, and additionally his left leg appears to have been fractured and healed without being set properly. We don't know Frankie's history, but it seems from his injuries that he was either hit by a car, or suffered some other blunt force trauma. However, none of these issues slow Frankie down one bit - he is an active, friendly and happy young guy!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Frankie-Adopted!, a Detroit Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise for sale in Detroit, or seeking a Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise dog from a breeder in Detroit.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Detroit already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Detroit breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise breeders who help with Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Detroit paves the way for another one to be saved.
