Maya's Story...
COURTESY POST

This is a COURTESY POST. Located in Livermore California

Maya is a 7 year old female Shepard/cattle dog mix. She is very happy and lovable dog. She loves to be inside with her family and will give constant affection to whoever is around. Maya loves to be outdoors, running around and playing. Maya enjoys going on walks, hikes, and going into lakes and ponds. Even though she is 7, she still has plenty of energy.

Maya is looking for a home that is in need of a companion. Maya makes a perfect companion and travel partner.

We believe she would be best as an only dog and no cats or young children.

VERY SWEET! Loves people, crate trained, house trained, good in car, spayed, vaccines current, well cared for, good energy level but decent walk on leash.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maya, a St Helena Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Cattle Dog for sale in St Helena, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in St Helena.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in St Helena already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a St Helena breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Cattle Dog breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in St Helena paves the way for another one to be saved.
