Rosie's Info...

Rosie's Story...
Rosie, Honey, Howie and Wally were rescued from an outdoor situation when they were young kittens. Rosie and her sister look very much alike--they are both gorgeous light brown tabbies with a splash of orange.

Rosie a sweet kitten with a passive personality, definitely not a trouble-maker. She loves to snuggle with the adult cats in her foster home. Rosie is a sensitive kitten who prefers life on the quiet side and would probably not enjoy a home with a lot of chaos. She doesn't hide when things get hectic, but just observes from a distance. Rosie enjoys one-on-one attention from her foster mom. She loves when you pet her and will roll on her side for more petting. She was born in May 2016.

Rosie's adoption fee is $60. She is spayed, vaccinated, treated with Revolution, and has a Home Again microchip.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rosie, a Manitowoc Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Manitowoc, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Manitowoc.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Manitowoc already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Manitowoc breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Manitowoc paves the way for another one to be saved.
