Hello! It's me, Sakra! I'm a two-year old female cat with short brown fur with tabby markings. I used to live in a home with a family, but one day they packed up all their stuff and moved away. I guess they forgot to pack me up too. I was pretty down at first, but once I found my way here to Feline Rescue, I decided I was going to find a new family that wouldn't ever leave me behind!
I'm a cat who enjoys being around humans and I've got a good play drive. I just need the right someone to join me in chasing and batting around toys. No worries if you don't feel like running, I'll do all the real leg work! I do have FeLV and that means that I should be an only cat or in a house with other FeLV cats. I prefer human company anyways though, so I won't be lonely. I'm hoping for someone who will enjoy petting me and hanging out. If you could throw in a couple toys or a blanket for me to curl up in too, I'd be pretty much set for life. So what do you think? Are you interested in making me one of the family? I'm available for an adoption fee of $120. Come to the Adoption Center and see me in person. I'm looking forward to meeting you!
If you'd like to know more about me, just stop in at the Adoption Center to meet me or leave a message for my human assistant at 651-642-5900 ext. 3. She'll call you back.

About Feline Rescue, Inc.

Our Adoption Process...

By adopting a Feline Rescue cat you will be supporting a caring, no-kill shelter and making room for one more homeless cat. We are always looking for good, safe, loving homes for our many cats and kittens. We want to be sure placements are a success for both parties, so before we send our feline friends home with anyone, we ask you to fill out a basic questionnaire. Since we work with cats everyday we will be able to suggest a perfect match to your needs. If a sponsorship fits your schedule better, you may support a cat of your choice and we will send you pictures and updates. All of our cats are feline leukemia/FIV tested, fecal tested, neutered/spayed, vaccinated and all of our kittens are vet checked, fecal checked and given their first set of shots. All receive high-quality veterinary care and exams. We charge an adoption fee to offset these costs. Adoption Hours: We are open seven days a week for adoptions, but our hours do vary because we are staffed entirely by volunteers. Call (651) 642-5900 for specific times and more information.
