Hi guys my name is Vernon and I am a 7-8 month old male Great Pyrenees/Anatolian mix. You know, it is one thing to not be wanted but to not be wanted by someone so badly that they dump you is just heartbreaking. My last home, the people who were supposed to be my forever just up and dumped me on some rural ranch. My brother was also dumped and we spent a long time going without people, it was soooo lonely. Then, when we did find some they thought us "bad dogs" I guess and shot my brother. A nice lady finally found me and took me in and contacted rescue about me, I am now in a foster home living it up! I have other dogs to play with, cats to make fun of, and kids to cuddle with. I love being with people and am so happy that I now have a chance to find my real forever family. One who will always watch over me and never ever abandon me. I am working on my leash training but some weird rope thing holding me takes some getting used to, as well as learning that the house is not a bathroom....who would have known??!!
I am a very sweet boy who is good with cats, dogs, and kids and only wishes to be loved. I am also very handsome and if you give me a chance will be your best friend. I will stand by you through thick and thin, I just need you to do the same as I still have some learning too...after all I am still just a pup! If I sound like your pyrfect new family member please fill out an adoption app at http://www.txpyrs.org/TGPRescue/Public/AppServlet…
