Clyde's Story...
Handsome, loving Clyde sure is a happy guy! After 200 long days and nights in a kill shelter where they couldn't bear to put him down, Ruff Dog Rescue stepped in and rescued this 2 year old very deserving boy!! He drinks in attention like a cold lemonade on a scorching summer day. Loves to walk on the leash, knows sit and can catch a treat in mid air! House and crate trained, up-to-date on shots, heart worm negative, neutered, registered microchip, and ready for a family!! He is a hopeful sweetie boy who loves a toy and a good belly rub. Good with other dogs, not cat tested yet. See signs of a retriever in him but he is an American blend of the best breeds and super sweet. Please consider this honey-colored handsome complete with angel wings!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Clyde, a Milton Retriever (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Retriever (Unknown Type) for sale in Milton, or seeking a Retriever (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Milton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Milton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Milton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Retriever (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Retriever (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Milton paves the way for another one to be saved.
