Millie - MEET ME's Story...
Millie is a min pin mix and is just a sweet pup and approx 1 yr old and 12 lbs. She and her buddy were found wandering the park next to a high kill shelter, so they were probably dumped by their owners. Millie loves to wiggle when you call her name. She is a little timid and would do well with someone that has some patience and can work with her to gain some confidence. She gets along well with the other dogs and loves to run and play. She loves to hang out in her doggie bed and seems to be quite well house trained but not perfect. She has a very sweet personality and is very smart and will make a great companion for someone.

The total adoption donation of $475 and includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, lepto, distemper and canine influenza, and micro chip with a lifetime pre paid registration. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. We also provide a coupon for a free wellness visit to the South Wilton Vet group if convenient for you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Millie - MEET ME, a Norwalk Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Norwalk, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Norwalk.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norwalk already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norwalk breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norwalk paves the way for another one to be saved.
