Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Q Adams here! I am one of several pups who came in at the same time, and we all got presidential names! I am excited to be named after such a distinguished president, but John is such a common name that I am called Q for John QUINCY Adams!
Foster mom says I am doing well getting used to living in a house. I am crate trained, and sleep there all night. I am housetrained, but do have access to a doggy door, so without one I might need a little more training. I am about a year old, and only weigh 21 pounds!
One thing foster mom says is that I have no manners! I love to race about, running and jumping everywhere and on everything! It will wear you out just watching me! So I do need to go to a home that will give me lots of exercise, and some training classes would really help me out. Foster Mom calls me a bull in a China shop!
I am a little shy and timid; living in a home with a big fenced yard is a lot different than living in a kennel. I never knew what a leash was, but I’m starting to figure it out. I am pretty cautious away from familiar things, but that will get easier with time. I get along great with all the other dogs in my foster home, and I ride well in the car. I love, love, love to be held and petted and cuddled! Then I’m off to the races again!
If you have the high energy home that needs a dog like me, and some patience to help me get over my shyness, please contact Midwest BREW and ask for President Q! I’ll be waiting in the Oval Office!
