My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Change Their Luck Adoption Promotion –

The adoption fee for all cats ages two and older (any color) and cats that are primarily black (any age) is currently only $17! Black, adult, and senior cats are traditionally the least likely cats to be adopted. Many of them experience lengthy stays in foster care before finding their forever home. Adult cats are often overlooked in favor of kittens. However, they have just as much love to give. We’d love to CHANGE THEIR LUCK this March!

This promotion applies to all primarily black (any age) and adult or senior cats (any color) adopted in March 2017 and to any adoption applications received for these fosters through March 31, 2017. Not only can you change their luck – you can change their life!

Tator is looking for a relaxing home where he can retire in style. Tator was adopted from FFN several years ago but was returned since his older mom had several injuries and could no longer care for him and his adoptive brother, Otis.

Tator is approximately 14 years old and was recently diagnosed with diabetes. He eats a cat food that helps with his diabetes and kidney care.

Tator often mimics his brother, Otis. He’ll follow you around the house to help with whatever you’re working on. When he’s not hanging around, he loves to sit at a door or window and watch outdoor activities. When describing Tator and Otis, their foster home describes them as absolute LOVE bugs!

Please consider giving Tator a loving home. Anyone who cares for him will be blessed to have him in your home. There is no adoption fee for Tator but an application is required.

This kitty has had his initial vaccinations, de-worming, flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and been micro-chipped and altered (or will be micro-chipped and altered prior to adoption).

Adoption application, phone interview, home visit, and adoption fee required (+ PA Sales tax).

If you are interested in adopting a kitty(s), we ask that you complete an on-line adoption application to get the process started. To apply, simply go to www.furryfriendsnetwork.com / ADOPT tab / CAT Adoption Application. You will receive a welcome email once your application has been assigned to a volunteer processor (this should be within 72 hours of submitting an application). If you do not receive such an email, contact catapplication@furryfriendsnetwork.com. Once your application has been processed (this can take approx. 10-14 days), we will arrange contact with the foster to schedule a time to meet kitties you might be interested in. We are an all volunteer organization and appreciate your patience during this process.

Foster Homes are needed in order to help more animals like this one. Please consider opening your heart and home to a homeless animal. Check out our website on how to become a Foster Parent! Visit www.furryfriendsnetwork.com and look under VOLUNTEER. Furry Friends Network provides our foster homes with food, litter, crates/carriers as needed and miscellaneous other supplies as well as veterinary care.
