Cutie Patootie alert!! Remember the childhood prank game called “Ding-dong Ditch”? Well Ollie and his sister Addie, were left in a box on a random front porch in a rural town in Arkansas, the pranksters rang the doorbell and "ditched" the puppies. Addie & Ollie were taken to a local shelter and our rescue group was called in to help. It took Ollie about 15 minutes to adjust to his new temporary foster home and then it was like he'd been there his whole life! He especially and immediately loved playing with the bigger dogs at his foster home, and can definitely hold his own in a game a tag, wrestling and tumbling with the biggest of them! And if no one will play with him, he's happy to entertain himself. At about 3 months old, he's in that chewing stage, so hide your shoes and any laundry left on the floor. Ollie LOVES to be held like a baby and he still has that chubby puppy belly and loves to rubbed and scratched all over! Occasionally his puppy kisses can turn into a little bit of nipping -- all part of puppyhood. He also likes to put everything in his mouth – whatever is in his path, leaves, sticks, paper – he’s not picky, and he's decided that it's a fun game of tug o' war when you try to get it out of his mouth! Ollie is about 3 months old, he weighs about 11 pounds and we think he'll be on the smaller side of medium fully grown. We have no idea what his true mix is: Terrier, Beagle and Lab if we could list 3 guesses. (His sister Addie looks nothing like him, which probably means mom was a party girl!) If you have room in your heart and home for Ollie, please visit www.pinkshelter.org for more information about the adoption process or click
