Here's what the humans have to say about me:
**Pearl is not currently with the Riley County Humane Society, she is a courtesy post for her owners. If you are interested in Pearl please contact dog-coordinators@rchsks.org**
Pearl is 3-4 year old, 35 lb mixed breed girl. She is great with other dogs, large and small but has no experience with cats. Her ideal home would have another doggie companion in it. Pearl is looking for a new home with kiddos older than 4 years old, she is uncomfortable with babies and toddlers. Pearl is an active and intelligent girl who does have a prey drive for small furry animals. She must have a fenced yard if she is going to be left unattended or she will wander off looking for squirrels. She would also like a fenced yard to make sure she gets enough time outside and exercise daily. Pearl would not do well in an apartment, she does have some separation anxiety and will bark when left alone. She is crate trained, potty trained and knows several commands. Her owners state that she is pretty good on a leash until she sees a squirrel. Pearl is a very good girl in need of a new family that does not have very young children and/or is not planning on them in the next 10 years.
If you are interested in Pearl you can fill out the application to meet her here: http://www.rchsks.org/our-animals/adopt-a-pet/adopting-a-dog Approved applicants will be connected with her current family to set up a meeting.
