Sacramento- Cici is one of those dogs who is going to need your shares. She is about 8 years old and suffers from "tan Chihuahua syndrome." This completely fake disease prevents dogs like her from finding a home. It makes them non-existent to would-be-adopters. Dogs suffering from "Tan Chihuahua" (or TCS) are great dogs, but cause a lack of interest. It is a genetic condition, exacerbated by all the people out there who breed Chihuahuas and Chihuahua mixes so frequently th at you can find homeless Tan Chihuahuas everywhere. Cici lives with dogs, cats and kids and does great with everyone. She is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and ready for a forever home. After being passed around, this girl deserves a home where she will live her life in luxury. She may not be the youngest or most beautiful dog ever, but she is hoping someone isn't looking for a young beauty and will look past the TCS.
