Siena's Story...
Siena was returned to us after her family had children. They did not feel she was getting the attention she needed. Siena misses being part of a family. She loves children! Her favorite activity is to cuddle with people. She adores car rides and leisurely walks. Siena has perfect house manners and leach manners! She is socialized with other dogs but would really enjoy being the only dog in the house. She is housetrained, crate trained, current on routine vaccinations, spayed, heartworm negative and microchipped. Siena is seeking a home with experienced dog handlers. Please contact us at SacredPawsDogs@gmail.com to meet Siena!

Adoption contribution $150 -$250. SPDR is a volunteer run rescue, every penny goes to the care of our dogs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Siena, a Van Alstyne Doberman Pinscher/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Van Alstyne, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Van Alstyne.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Van Alstyne already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Van Alstyne breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Van Alstyne paves the way for another one to be saved.
