Goldie is a 60-lb, 2.5-yr-old Chow/Collie mix. She was living on the streets until July 2015. She had puppies 5 days after being rescued and was a wonderful mother to them. Now that they have all found home & she has been treated for heart worms, got spayed, microchipped & is up-to-date on her vaccines, she is ready for her forever home. Goldie is generally a low-energy companion who enjoys belly & back rubs, and just likes being nearby her foster mom. She has played very well with other foster pups and her tiny furry foster sister. She walks well on a leash, is fully potty-trained, knows basic commands and has good manners. She is searching for a forever home on the calmer side where she can spend time with her forever family. She prefers a calm, quiet home environment (she doesn't seem to handle high energy dogs well, but small dogs & puppies playing are fine).
