Here's what the humans have to say about me:
In many ways, Sheba reminds us of sweet summertime. Bright and beautiful like summer skies, full of life and warmth, with occasionally unpredictable bouts of weather. Much like the way sweltering heat can cause a sudden downpour, so too can the chaos of the shelter overwhelm a cat like Sheba. With striking, golden eyes as bright as the sun, Sheba watches the other cats bounce around the shelter and can become stressed and aggravated. In the quieter moments, Sheba is delighted to climb into a willing volunteer’s lap for some quality cuddles, but once things get busy again she is ready to retreat back to the refuge of her kitty condo. Sheba would be happiest in a peaceful home where she can enjoy the simple things in life, like warm patches of sunshine and lots of toy mice to hunt. While she doesn’t enjoy having quite so many furry neighbors, Sheba might be willing to share a home with a nice, laid-back cat sibling. Summer will be gone before you know it; don’t miss your chance to come meet Sheba.
