IDGSR welcomes Pat into the safety of the rescue!!!
Pat is a handsome male German Shepherd who is between 18 mos. - 2 yrs. old. Pat and his sister Vanna came into the rescue after they were confiscated from their owner due to extreme neglect and starvation. Since they have come to the rescue, both of them have gained weight and are enjoying life. To see these dogs learn to feel safe and happy for the first time in their lives is a blessing. Pat loves the water and can often be found in the plastic pool. He is very playful and lovable. Great with people, kids and other dogs. Not cat tested yet but will be. Pat and Vanna helped each other get through a bad situation and they need each other. They are bonded and need to be adopted together.

Each dog's adoption fee varies depending on the age of the dog.
$300 for any dog 1 year and younger (PUPPY)
$250 for any dog 1-6 years (YOUNG & ADULT)
$200 for any dog 7 years (ADULT SENIOR)
All our adoptable dogs are up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing, monthly preventative, and have been spayed or neutered.
Everyone must submit an application before an appointment is made to meet the dogs. Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
All dogs are fostered in TN unless stated otherwise.
