Hi, I’m Scrappy! Wags & Whiskers found me as a stray at a local animal control. I was there the longest of all the cats and I had just caught a bad cold. I was feeling pretty down until I was rescued. Now I have recovered from my cold and am ready to be adopted! I use the litter box like any good cat and I love to lay in my little cat house. I get excited and run up to meet my foster mom when I see her. I like to rub all over her and get pet. My mom says I am very sweet and friendly.
The most important thing to know about me is that I love to play! People think that adult cats are not as fun, but I will play with you. I love batting around the mice toys and racing around the room. String is also a lot of fun to play with. Mom says I also earn my keep since I like to hunt the mice in the basement. My favorite time is when I keep my foster mom company while she gets ready in the morning. I like to play in the sink and bat at the running water.
After a couple of weeks, I have decided the resident dog isn’t so bad. I am still not a fan of him chasing me but now we live in peace. Ok, a couple of times I decided it would be fun to play with his tail. We even sleep in the same bed together. I haven’t lived with other cats but I will likely become friends with them too after getting to know them.
