Nick. 28lbs. 1 1/2 yrs old. Pointer mix
House broken/crate trained. Awesome.
Love tennis balls? So does Nick! An expert at fetch and release and carries tennis balls around the house like a toddler does a security blanket.
Nick's story: owner surrender at a shelter due to finances. He came to the shelter w/ his litter mate and brother who was adopted, leaving Nick behind and code red b/c he is very light HW positive. He has grown from insecure, separated and terrified into a loving, smart, funny, super athletic and devoted pup. He LOVES his people (adults and kids) and gets along with and plays great w/ his medium size foster brother. Nick needs an adopter that will make him part of the family and tolerate his many tennis balls around the house. He is super fast and aims to please so would be a good candidate for agility, fly ball or other fun dog sports. That said, he is a medium energy dog, will play when invited to but will happily chill and roll over for belly rubs and cuddle time.
