Meet Hollyhock one of our "Flower Pot Kittens." In July rescuers were called for help. Someone had taken 6 kittens and placed them under an overturned flower pot. It is estimated that the kittens were under the post 4-5 days. When they arrived at the vet they were covered in feces, dehydrated and nearly starved to death. Hollyhock managed to survive even though two of the siblings did not. These kittens were so very sick just weeks ago and look at them now. They have been with a foster family and are doing very well. The foster mom believes that Hollyhock will be happiest placed with Clover in a quiet home. We believe this may have been done by children so we are asking for a home with either just adults or older respectful children. They will need adopter(s) who will be patient as they adjust to their new surroundings. For more information on adopting Clover and Hollyhock, please call or text 503-851-5377 or 503-302-9022.
