I am already neutered, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.
I really love my humans and dog friends!
Casper was born about July 2, 2010 and weighs 20 lbs. He has been wonderful with all of us and is great with children. He came with a dog buddy so it would be nice for him to live with another dog or to have a human around much of the time. We are told that they both would poop in the house at times, but they are here because their human didn't have enough time to give them a proper life so we are hoping that won't be a problem in a new home with a little work at first. He is good on leash and great in a car. Casper will come when called and he is so cute that when his new foster mom walks in the room he does a dance and coos. We are told he sheds, but that would be unusual for a Bichon, which he certainly appears to be, so we are a bit confused. Anyway, he is an amazingly loving boy that is going to make someone very happy. The Adoption Fee for this dog is $275.00.
Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a "complete" pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY.
Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility.
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A DOG FROM JOYFUL RESCUES
We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list. If a pet is still showing, it is still available for adoption.
Our primary goals here at Joyful Rescues are to re-home pets and save them from becoming homeless in the future, educate the public on pet care and spaying/neutering to control the pet overpopulation, to spay/neuter every pet before they leave us and spay/neuter as many pets, belonging to the public, as possible within our means.
