Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet this sweetie named Buffy! (Buffy is now at the Petsmart in Morehead City. Stop by and meet this sweetie there today. She is sharing a cat condo with another kitty.) She came into the shelter on Aug. 26, 2016 when her owner was having landlord issues. If you rent get in writing what you land lord will and will not allow on the property as long as you rent from him or her. This will keep you and your pets protected. Buffy is 1 year and 6 months old, spayed, current on her vaccinations, good with other cats and really missing her home life setting. Buffy is a very dainty girl who has lots of happiness and love to share just needs a person or family to give her a chance. Stop by the shelter and meet Buffy today and give her back the FOREVER home she misses and deserves.
We have SO MANY cats & kittens arriving daily that it is hard to keep Adopt a Pet as up-to-date as we would like. So PLEASE COME TO THE SHELTER and meet some of the wonderful cats that are up for adoption and open up your home to 1 or more kitties today! Can't adopt today? We'd love some toys, litter, or food (especially kitten food) would be good too. Maybe you will have some time for snuggle and love on us while you're here. It makes the cats time here more enjoyable to get love & attention. We need volunteers & foster homes! If you adopt a cat that is not already spayed or neutered you will receive a voucher to cover the cost of the surgery...such a great deal while saving a life!! All of the cats are tested for FIV as well as Lukemia before being adopted out as well. The shelter hours are M-F 10-1, 2-5 and Sat. 10-4.
