This gorgeous 1-year-old was found living on the streets as a stray, but very quickly took to life in a home and to being part of a family. Hailey loves to play with her foster dog siblings, as well as her people. She is still very puppyish, but has proved to be very intelligent and to learn quickly. She is fully house trained and currently working on her kennel training, as well as her basic obedience. Hailey occasionally has some anxious energy, but her foster family has found that regular exercise and play keeps her balanced and calm. If you're looking for an energetic, loving playmate who loves adventure, Hailey is your girl.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hailey, a Regina Border Collie/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Labrador Retriever for sale in Regina, or seeking a Border Collie/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Regina.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Regina already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Regina breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Border Collie/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Regina paves the way for another one to be saved.
