Tater's Story...
My name is Tater and I am in need of a forever home! I am a medium size girl and I will be 2 years old in November. I am the product of a divorce and my daddy has decided a new home would be better for me. I have to stay outside a lot now, but I am used to being inside. I did not have to be crated when left alone. I enjoy running around the backyard and chewing sticks. I am up to date on shots and spayed. I enjoy the company of male dogs, but can be picky when it comes to female dogs. Can you provide me with a forever home? Please send an email to tailsoftheunwanted@gmail.com if you can provide a foster or forever home. If you cannot, please tell your family and friends because maybe they can help!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tater, a Charlotte Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
