Boo is about as loving as they come! She adores being petted and she chirps her satisfaction and appreciation off and on while she is being loved. Boo is a very big girl - she doesn't miss a meal. She loves to play with her foster brothers and sisters, running full speed through the house. She has a blast with all of the younger kittens too. Boo is very serious when it comes to keeping the younger crew clean - she holds them down with a paw and bathes them at least twice a day. :) She always can be found cuddled up with the kittens or one of her other foster friends.
As you can see, Boo is a "pirate" kitty - as she has only one good eye. She has permanent scarring on her right eye from infection that was resistant to every type of medicine prescribed. Our vet indicates that she most likely has very little, if any, sight in that eye as a result of the scarring. Boo's scarred eye waters frequently but she takes it all in stride - she knows she's beautiful even though she isn't perfect by the world's standards. She lets her foster mom wipe her eye as often as needed, unless she is playing - she does not like play being interrupted.
Boo loves the big dog in her foster home and is great with children of all ages. You can submit an adoption application for Boo at www.myhstc.org/cats. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or would like more information on Boo.
