Lucy is one of a litter of 7 puppies that were found under a handicap ramp of an abandonded home when they were only 10 days old. Their mother had been struck and killed by a car; one of our foster homes took the puppies in and bottled fed them and happily, they all survived and have thrived! But, Lucy and the gang need a home. Lucy would be probably be happier as an only dog (or only placed with another submissive dog)-she loves children and loves to play with all kinds of dog toys (she is untested with cats). She is lots of fun and just wants to be with people and please them-she is smart and learns quickly. She is current on shots, spayed and on heartworm prevention.
You may submit an adoption application at our website at www.myhstc.org or email us for more information. She is an older dog now but would still make a good pet; she is 8-9 years young! Please email Kim at firstname.lastname@example.org for information.
