From Ducky’s foster mom, 08/31/16:
Ducky is a little black shorthair female kitten PAAW received 07/14/16. Her estimated birthday is 05/02/16. She was named Ducky by the vet staff who got some really good laughs from her meows, which sounded like a baby duck quacks. Sometimes I call her Ducksie, but she doesn’t know her name (in case her new owner wants to change it).
She is a real sweetheart and is an active little kitty. She loves to sleep with me, although she was hesitant at first. She is competing with my adult cats, some who think they need to put her in her place (which they don’t need to do).
Before getting the run of the house, she was crated with Loki, an orange shorthair who is a brat. I had to move him into the crate with Ducky because he is too rough with his siblings. She can hold her own with him.
Are you the new furever home for Ducky? If you’re not, it’s OK, but maybe you know someone who is. She is up-to-date on vaccines and everything.
