Another dog was left outside tied up, without food or water in this summer heat. She was found on Brown Street between Ave S and Ave T, Brooklyn, NY. Some good people gave her a bowl of food and water, which she finished in seconds- who knows how long she’s been there starving and thirsty. The same people called Noah’s Ark Veterinary Practice, who in turn called us, and of course, we couldn’t turn this pup down. We called her Emmy. She is super friendly with dogs and people, loves to cuddle and give kisses.
