Lillian's Story...
Up for adoption: Lillian !
She can be adopted in Texas.

Lillian is about one year old, and is only 25 pounds. She is definitely on the small size, and looks more like a 4 month old than a one year old!

Lillian is an incredibly beautiful and very sweet girl. She is a little shy at first, but definitely comes out of her shell and is loving. She gets along with other dogs very well but has not been around cats. She is great with kids of all ages!

Lillian is housebroken and does know some commands! She is vaccinated, micro-chipped, spayed, and crate trained. She would be a wonderful addition to any family!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lillian, a Austin Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Austin, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Austin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Austin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Austin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Austin paves the way for another one to be saved.
