Roscoe's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Roscoe's Story...
This is one happy little guy! He's housebroken, crate trained, great in the car and sleeps like a log at night. He hasn't met another dog or a person he doesn't like and all of the dogs and people we've met feel just the same about him. He would do great in a home with another dog or by himself if his family is around a lot. All he needs is his forever home and lots of hugs and kisses!"
Roscoe is about a year old and weighs 35 lbs. He could be a beagle foxhound mix. Rosco has arrived and is ready for visits.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Roscoe, a Lexington Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Lexington, or seeking a Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Lexington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lexington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lexington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lexington paves the way for another one to be saved.
