Molly McButter's Story...
Are you looking to shake things up? Longing for a GSD to stick by your side, a loyal friend through thick and thin? Well, I am Molly McButter, and I think I just might be the dog you are looking for! I am super smart and super lovable, I am good with other dogs, and I love being around sturdy children. Plus, I love to go for walks, am starting to learn basic words like ‘sit,’ and am already crate trained too! I am looking for a buddy who will give me a lot of attention, because that is all I want to give you! I just want to hang out and be your BFF! Let’s go to the park! Let’s go for a hike! How about a car ride? A weekend at the beach? Let’s just get out there and live life! I have had enough of these walls! I wanna run through fields, splash in the streams, and fall down exhausted with you and look at the clouds! So, have I convinced you to shake things up? 3 years old-70lbs. My adoption fee is $200 and includes spay, microchip & registration, reduced-cost training class, 1 month pet health insurance, free veterinary exam, leash/collar, toy & treat packet, food sample.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Molly McButter, a Portland German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Portland, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
