Phoenix is a 2 year old male pit mix. He loves to play fetch and play with toys, he has a wonderful outgoing personality, knows basic commands, travels well in the car, walks well on a leash too. He is house-trained, crate-trained, would make a great running partner or hiking. Phoenix also, loves to chill on the couch with you. Phoenix also LOVES the treadmill and flirt pole pay time. Phoenix is a super cool dog, looking for his forever home. The best match for Phoenix would be a home with pitty experience, or training experience and a home that can provide exercise, routine and structure and training. Phoenix can be dog selective, not sure about cats yet, he is good with kids and has you can see, he is quite handsome.
RAD is a volunteer based non-profit organization that is deeply committed to saving, healing and finding forever homes for the most challenged pooches who would otherwise be swallowed up in the shelter environment. We work primarily with senior dogs, with dogs suffering from severe medical or behavioral issues, and with dogs requiring hospice care.
Our dogs go into the warm environment of foster homes until they find their forever homes, and we provide them with support, medical care, and training.
We advocate for spay and neuter, vaccination & microchip education to prevent the overpopulation of dogs in Arizona shelters.
