Wally's Story...
Hi there!
I am Wally and I am a rescue puppy that was dumped in a high kill shelter.
I was so scared there and there are so many great dogs and cats in the shelter that I was so happy when a rescue group came to get me out with my sister.
No animal should EVER have to end up in a shelter...sigh

I am a happy go lucky Labrador (lab mix puppy) that cant wait to join a family and start my life!
I am about 12 weeks old and I am ready to have lots of puppy fun with you. I hope you will teach me fun tricks and all about life and I promise to repay you with lots of kisses!
If interested in adopting me and if you are a family that understand that puppies are a responsibility, please send an e mail describing your home and family. Please only e mail if you are sure you are ready to adopt. Include a contact number please or your e mail may not be responded to.
Thanks for reading about me and I cant wait to meet you )!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wally, a Stamford Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Stamford, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Stamford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Stamford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Stamford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Stamford paves the way for another one to be saved.
