Jasper is a cute tiger tabby male kitten.  Three little kittens were rescued in Delray in April at 4 weeks old.  Jimmy (orange male), Jasper (Tiger Male), Jamie (Tiger Pastel female).  They are perfect in every way, except they were born with the genetic trait of Entropia --'Inverted eyelids'. This causes their eyelashes to continually rub on their eyes. They have had hair removal surgery which is the removal of the eyelashes.  The orange kitten Jimmy also has no vision in his right eye, since the eye never completely formed at birth.  He has great vision with his other eye.  They are lovable, happy and looking forward to that purrfect home and family who understands their condition There is no expectation that they will have future problems because of their eyes, but, if they do, Animal Aid will be responsible for their medical expenses regarding this condition if they are brought to see our veterinarian.  Jasper and Jamie are at our Center and we are offering them at two for one adoption donation because we would like to see them go to their forever home together.  YOU CAN MEET THEM AT OUR CENTER AT 571 NE44th St. (NW corner of Prospect (44th and 6th) in Oakland Park, FL.

Our Adoption Process...

Since our animals were homeless, we wish to ensure that their next home is permanent. To do this, we carefully screen applicants to establish that the needs of both the animal and the adoptive home will be met. A prospective adoptive owner must:

Complete an application for a dog or cat. Our board will review the application to determine if you and the chosen pet are a good match.

Pay an adoption donation. Being a non-profit rescue, we do not "sell" pets. All tax-deductible donations are placed in a fund to care for our animals.
