My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Approx DOB: May 2016

Hello! We’re Bart and Joseph - young brothers looking for our furever home! We had a bit of a rough start to life as our first family abandoned us outside. We were so thankful our foster parents found us and we've tried every day to show them how grateful we are by being the most loving kitties we can possibly be. When we went to the vet for our checkups, the doctor said he had trouble hearing our heartbeats initially because we purred so loudly and he said we were the friendliest cats to ever come through his office! We even sat nicely for our baths. We love being a part of the family, cuddling, and getting belly rubs. We greet our foster mommy every day by putting our head into her neck, purring, and waiting for forehead kisses. We love giving and receiving affection! We currently live with two energetic dogs and get along with them as long as they don't chase us. The one cleans our ears every night and we don't mind! We are inquisitive and love meeting new people. We are litter trained and listen well if our foster mommy tells us to climb off the furniture. The vet says we’re in great health, we have all our shots, and will get neutered as soon as we’re old enough. Our foster mommy was not a cat person before meeting us and would love to keep us but she’s very sneezy around cats unfortunately. We'd like nothing more than to find someone who'd make us part of their family!

This kitty has had his initial vaccinations, de-worming, flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and been micro-chipped and altered (or will be micro-chipped and altered prior to adoption).

Adoption fee is 1/2 off for the second kitty adopted at same time. Adoption application, phone interview, home visit, and adoption fee required (+ PA Sales tax).

If you are interested in adopting a kitty(s), we ask that you complete an on-line adoption application to get the process started. To apply, simply go to www.furryfriendsnetwork.com / ADOPT tab / CAT Adoption Application. You will receive a welcome email once your application has been assigned to a volunteer processor (this should be within 72 hours of submitting an application). If you do not receive such an email, contact ffncatapps@gmail.com. Once your application has been processed (this can take approx. 10-14 days), we will arrange contact with the foster to schedule a time to meet kitties you might be interested in. We are an all volunteer organization and appreciate your patience during this process.

Foster Homes are needed in order to help more animals like this one. Please consider opening your heart and home to a homeless animal. Check out our website on how to become a Foster Parent!
