Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Chewy, 1 year old Wheaten Terrier puppy, that was left tied up at the intake box at Animal Friends of the Valley Shelter. His owners left a note, "His name is Chewy. He turns one year old this weekend. He is blind and we cannot keep him." The shelter shaved Chewy's face. His has the energy of a puppy who wants to play all the time!
Chewy was checked at Eye Care for Animals. He had an eye and skin infection which has been treated. Chewy was born with smaller eyes and juvenile cataracts. The adopter must know that Chewy will need to see the eye doctor at least once or twice a year. Chewy has limited vision. He sees around his small cataracts.
Please fill out an application on our website for Chewy: www.savingk9livesplus.org
