My Human Couldn't Care For Me Any Longer!

GeGe was born about August 5, 2007 and weighs about 23 lbs.  She is major cuteness and all about her humans!   She is here because her human Mom is battling a disease and is older and just couldn't handle taking care of GeGe any longer.  It was a tearful good-bye, but everyone knew it was best for both of them.  She is wonderful with other dogs, but will be fine living alone as she has been.  She is not good with cats and has not been around any young children so we don't know what to say about that topic.  She is house trained (used to going out 2xday!), good on leash and does need a leash or a fenced yard as she can have some wanderlust.   She should be crated for car rides as she tends to have to pee when traveling.  GeGe is very much a lap dog and does love toys.  GeGe was diagnosed with kidney stones awhile back, but they are now completely controlled by Hills Science Diet CD food which she will need to be on all her life.  She is surely worth a bit of special effort and will adore you forever!
The Adoption Fee for this dog is $200.00.
Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a "complete" pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY.
Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility.

We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list. If a pet is still showing, it is still available for adoption.
