Rex's Story...
Hi There...I'm Rex and I'm a very social and lovable little guy. Though I didn't live with children or other dogs, I did well with the children I visited with and was excited and playful with visiting pets. I'll bark to let someone know that I need to go out but still had accidents inside when left alone for extended periods and not in a crate. I love looking out the window during car rides, receiving attention, cuddling with my human and giving kisses. And yes, I know they aren't good for me but maybe on a really special occasion when I've been especially cute and lovable, you could give me a cheese puff (my favorite treat Ever!) I'm still a young guy and plan on living a long time so I'm looking for a furever person who wants to make me a furever family member. Are you that person?
My adoption fee includes my spay/neuter, up to date immunizations, nationally recognized microchip and more.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rex, a Evansville Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Evansville, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Evansville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Evansville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Evansville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Evansville paves the way for another one to be saved.
