My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi – My name is Lucille – I am a 4 year old brindle boxer with really cool ears. When my foster mom and dad found me at the local shelter I was so starved they had to carry me because I couldn’t walk but they have taken great care of me and I am ready to find my own home now. For my new home I don’t need to have any cats or donkeys around. I really like to chase them, a lot. Somewhere in my past I have hurt my hip and have a limp but that doesn’t slow me down at all.
I’m really good with other dogs and great with kids but if I am the only dog that would be fine too. I love having lots of attention. I am housetrained and ride good in the car. My foster mom and dad let me sleep with them sometimes and I love to snuggle up to them. One of my favorite parts of the day is to lay in bed with my foster dad and watch the news in the mornings. I do really good in a crate but would prefer to be left out in the house because I do not tear up anything and will just lay around all day. I have been spayed, HW Negative and had all of my shots so I am ready to go to my new home. My foster mom and dad will really miss me but want me to have a great life.
