Say hello to our very sweet girl, Dirado! Dirado arrived at The Barking Lot from San Bernardino in August, 2016. While Dirado was initially a bit shy upon her arrival, that shyness quickly dissipated as Dirado became more and more comfortable with our volunteer crew. We now know her as one of the most loving, most affectionate dogs at TBL, as Dirado happily greets all of our volunteers now and loves to snuggle in laps! At one-year-old, this Min Pin/Manchester Terrier mix is fully-grown at about 14 pounds. True to her breed heritage, Dirado is affectionate, inquisitive, and makes for a great companion dog. She has a beautiful black and tan coat that is short and easy to care for. Dirado gets along great with other dogs and currently shares a large kennel with three other similarly-sized pups. Dirado like to play with her buds and is never bossy or dominant, preferring to go with the flow when it comes to any puppy shenanigans. Dirado is also great with people, and has a calm, relaxed, gentle nature with our volunteer crew. She walks well on a leash, loves treats, and aims to please. Dirado’s small sizes makes her the perfect pup for any living situation, and she would be a great dog to take everywhere, as she’s a very “portable” pup!
