Gracie came into the OOTW program as a stray, dumped off with a dog we believe may be her son, Poncho (also for adoption). Gracie is around 2 - 3 years old and has a beautiful dark coat with brindle markings. She weighs 65 pounds and is full grown.

Gracie gets along well with other dogs, cats, kids and people. Her only real issue is she is fearful of thunderstorms and is looking for a home where someone will cuddle with her during those! She can also climb a chainlink fence and does this only when it is storming. A yard with a privacy fence would be best but a home where she can get in out of the storm to safety would be best.

Gracie is a laid back girl and will be the perfect dog for just about any home. She is housebroken and has been fully vetted. She has tested 'light positive' for heartworms and she will be on the slow-kill method until she tests negative, usually around 9 months from the beginning of treatment. OOTW bears the expense of the treatment.

Gracie's adoption fee is $150 which will help offset some of her vetting expenses.
