Thank you for your interest in one of our rescues.
Meet 'Stella!' This beauty was found by a Temple student and her mom. Stella wandering down 8th by Cecil B. Moore with dirt and dried blood on her face. She was weak and out of sorts. The pair took Stella under their wing (even though no pets allowed in dorm rooms!), and cared for her. This kind Temple student and her mom bought a cat bed, scratch post, food, litter, mice and made her very happy and comfortable. Stella slept in a bed for the first time! In the morning, Green Street Rescue was called and Stella was taken to the vet. Her jaw appeared to be broken along with some teeth. The vet thought Stella was probably kicked in the face. They planned to do surgery on her broken jaw, but it was discovered that it was an old break that had already healed. She is now eating wet and dry food without issue.
Stella is about 7 months old, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and is not spayed. She is so happy to have been saved and is looking forward to a brand new life ahead of her! Can you open your heart to this sweet girl? Could your home be #FURever home?
