Cledus's Story...
Rescued from a high-kill shelter in north Georgia, Cledus must have been somebody's baby prior to his luck turning and finding himself homeless. He's very sweet and people-oriented and loves, loves, loves belly rubs. They make him melt!

Cledus was born around January 2016, is healthy and currently weighs 46 lbs though will probably fill out more. He's a fun dog and will make a great addition to any family.

Email Homelesspetsfoundation@gmail.com or call 770-971-0100 for more info. To increase your odds of having first dibs on an animal, fill out an adoption application, found at www.homelesspets.com/adoption-form.

Adoption fees include spaying/neutering, micro-chipping, vaccinations up to date at the time of adoption, one free check-up at Town & Country main vet clinic within 14 days of adoption and a free session with Tenasity dog trainers!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cledus, a Marietta Hound (Unknown Type)/Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
