This very handsome orange guy is easy-going and quiet. He enjoys one-on-one time with his foster folks and a good sleeping perch or couch to relax. Every so often, he'll have a burst of energy and race around the room with another of his foster buddies but it's an infrequent activity for Ernie. He does enjoy a good window to watch the world of people walking by and the occasional bird or squirrel. He does well with other cats but if a cat friend is in his future, he'll probably do best with a female rather than an adult male cat. He would be fine as the only pet, also – the more human attention for him to enjoy. He may do well with calm kids over age 6 and maybe a cat-friendly dog. We estimate he was born in May of 2013.
